Contact Form Submissions

When you submit the form on our contact page, we process the message itself along with technical details of the submission:

• Your name, email address, message, IP address, browser user agent, and referring page are sent to Akismet (operated by Automattic) so it can classify the submission as spam or legitimate.
• The submission, including the IP address and user agent, is retained in a private server-side log so we can handle your inquiry and detect abuse of the form. These logs are not public and are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

How We Use Information

Information is used solely to deliver and improve MacDaddy products. Typical uses include:

• Responding to support requests and troubleshooting issues.
• Processing purchases or license lookups.
• Sending transactional messages such as download links or security notices.

Information Sharing
